MSOC is a Winnipeg-based musculoskeletal care clinic founded in 2013. We specialize in providing comprehensive and progressive care devoted to the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of conditions that affect the body's muscles, bones, joints and their supportive structures. Comprehensive musculoskeletal care under one roof

From a detailed biomechanical evaluation to treatment, rehabilitation and prevention, we provide a range of conservative and progressive care options for bone, joint, muscle, tendon and ligament conditions to help you maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.

Chiropractic Rehabilitation

Non-surgical orthopaedic manual therapy and therapeutic exercise for disorders of joints, soft tissues, tendons, ligaments and spinal structures. Includes triplanar functional restoration and spinal disc management.

Physiotherapy & Acupuncture

Evidence-based physiotherapy for orthopedic, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions, with acupuncture, Mulligan Concept manual therapy and functional restoration exercises. Post-operative rehabilitation and TMJ treatment.

Lymphedema Therapy

Certified lymphatic therapy for primary and secondary lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, phlebolymphedema and lipedema — delivered by a Vodder certified therapist with expertise in current research and legislation.

Massage Therapy & Myofascial Therapy

Advanced myofascial therapy, sports massage and therapeutic massage from a Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of healthcare experience and extensive clinical expertise.

The majority of musculoskeletal injuries are appropriate for visits to MSOC. Additionally, we partner with other specialists for a comprehensive continuum of care.

Michael is a licensed chiropractor and rehabilitation specialist utilizing current, non-surgical orthopaedic manual therapy and therapeutic exercise for the management of various musculoskeletal disorders. This includes disorders of joints and associated soft tissues, particularly tendons, ligaments and structural capsular tissues. He has a specialty background in the diagnosis and management of spinal disc disorders.

Dr. Mancini holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and has an extensive background in human biomechanics, triplanar functional restoration and neurophysiology. His passion for advancement led him through extensive continued education in North America and Europe, including his residency training in manual therapy and rehabilitation. He is currently lecturing nationally and internationally on triplanar movement disorders and chronic pain.

Susan has been involved in healthcare for over 20 years. Her background includes nursing, advanced myofascial therapy and sports massage, and she is a Vodder certified lymphedema therapist. She is currently involved with the development, establishment and promotion of the Lymphedema Association of Manitoba (LAM) and international lymphedema/lipedema research.

Susan is the Past President of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM), having served two terms as President. She was the recipient of the prestigious Merit award in 2011, recognized for her contributions to the Massage Therapy profession both provincially and nationally. She is also chair of the legislative committee preparing the application for legislation of Massage Therapy in Manitoba.

Tony graduated with his Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation, department of Physical Therapy, from the University of Manitoba in 2006. He is a well-established and recognized physiotherapist in Winnipeg with over 10 years of clinical experience in both hospital and private practice settings — treating a broad range of orthopedic, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions.

Tony is certified in acupuncture with Acupuncture Canada and practises active joint mobilizations through the Mulligan Concept of Manual Therapy. He has post-graduate training in TMJ dysfunction, advanced clinical reasoning in differential diagnosis, and has served as a clinical mentor for Masters Physiotherapy students. He is known for building strong therapeutic alliances grounded in biopsychosocial, client-centred care.
